We will look at Joseph Locke, the man who was caught spying on a woman in Burger King toilet which is in Dublin.

Who is Joseph Locke?

He is a 36 year old man. He is a resident of Myra Close, Emmet Road, Dublin 8.

He was caught spying on a woman at the Burger King Toilet in Dublin.

Joseph Locke was hurled to the Dublin District court for his offense.

His charge with “offensive conduct of a sexual nature”.

The 36 year old allegedly entered the female toilet and “interacted with a female using the other cubicle”.

The lady reported that Locke “proceeded to peer over into her toilet”.

He had 13 convictions and they mostly were related to drink related  and public order offenses.

Who was this lady that Joseph Locke spied on?

The lady’s name was not given and she did not come to court to testify.

CCTV footage actually revealed  that Joseph Locke actually entered into the female toilet.

Locke told the court that he did not know that, that toilet was for females.

Locke who was not jailed was rather fined and given five months to pay the fine.
