Who is Kouri Dardens Richins?
She is a 33 year old widow from Utah. He husband died and the 33 year old wrote a grief book about him.
Now she has been arrested and charged with her husband’s death.
Kouri Dardens Richins has now being charged with “first-degree aggravated murder and three counts of second-degree possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute”.
The Utah widow is said to have poisoned her husband. She poisoned her in their home at Kamas Willow court.
This happened back in March 4,2022. She told police at the time that she made a mixture of “vodka drink, a Moscow Mule” and served him and retired to bed with their child who was having nightmares.
She added that she woke up around 3.am and saw her husband on the foot of their bed and when she felt him, he was cold.

Kouri is said to have been chatting with an alleged acquaintance over a drug which she said was for an investor. She told the acquaintance that she wanted a stronger version of the substance and the acquaintance delivered the stronger version of the drug said to be fentanyl at a high price of $900.
“An autopsy found that Eric died of an oral overdose of fentanyl — with a level in his system that was five times the lethal dosage, according to the medical examiner”.

The 33 year old allegedly wrote a children’s book which talks about grief for a love one.
Kouri wrote “Are You With Me?” book to help children coped with the death of a loved one.
She is said to have even appeared on a local television station to promote her book.
Her husband is said to have known of the intention of his wife to poison him.
He allegedly told friend about it.
Reports say:“Eric believed that he had been poisoned. Eric told a friend that he thought his wife was trying to poison him.”
