She is a 23 year old woman. Gardai are now appealing to the general public to help in tracing the where about of the 23 year old woman.
Shannon Gaffney is from Walkinstown. She left home for some few days and was last seen at Dublin Airport.
She was last seen on Monday afternoon around 1pm.

She has been described as a woman with brown hair. Shannon Gaffney stands at 5 feet and 3 inches tall.
The 23 year old has a ” hazel-coloured eyes” and has a slim build too.
Why are Shannon Gaffney family and Gardai concerned about her welfare?
Their statement said: “Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of missing person Shannon Gaffney, aged 23 years who is missing from her home in Walkinstown.
“Shannon was last seen at Dublin Airport at 1pm on the afternoon of Monday, July 10. Shannon is described as being 5’ 3”, has a slim build, brown hair and hazel-coloured eyes.
“Gardaí and Shannon’s family are concerned for her welfare. Anyone with information on Shannon’s whereabouts is asked to contact Ballyfermot Garda Station on 01 666 7200, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.”
