Who was Alex Roberts?

He was an 18 year old young man from Cheltenham in Gloucestershire.

He was a competitive sportsman. Alex Roberts was a rugby player at Longlevens RFC.

He has been described as someone who was much loved.

He died in a crash on the A40 Golden Valley bypass last September.

He was said to be using nitrous oxide carnisters. The substance  also known as “laughing gas” was found in the passenger foot well.

He was a trainee electrician who was driving in the right lane in the dual carriageway, but drifted into the left lane.

He finally careered into  the back of a white Daf lorry.
