How on earth can someone buys three homes for only GH¢35.64, but that  is the story of this woman.

In what looked like an  “extraordinary turn of events”,  the woman, Rubia Daniels bought three homes with this amount.

Rubin Daniels is a 49-year-old Brazilian ex-pat and solar industry worker. This amazing woman is on a quest to start remarkable path to revitalizing a small Italian town.

Following the announcement by the Italian “initiative to repopulate abandoned areas”. She allegedly purchased three “dilapidated homes in Mussomeli, a picturesque town in Sicily, for a jaw-dropping price of $3.30 (35.64) combined”.

She spoke about how she wasted no time in taking advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity.


She said: “I did my research, and within three days I had my plane ticket, a rental car, the hotel, and I left.”

Her story is not a one in town experience as  there is a crazy  trend of affordable homes in Italy.

However, the low price tags come with a catch, as renovations often require significant investments ranging from $24,000 to $90,000.

The 49 year old woman is now on the quest of  restoring her newly acquired properties to their former glory or even better.

The exterior of her “two houses has already been completed, the third awaits its turn.”

Her plans for her new homes are that One of them will serve as her personal residence, while another will be transformed into an art gallery, showcasing local talent.

She said her third property will be “converted into a wellness center, promising a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation”.

I don’t know about you, but I am heading to Italy now. May be, just maybe, that I may be lucky to get three or more homes for a far less price.
